REFLECTIONS ON THE REGULATION OF CONCESSIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE

'Funcas' addressed the transformation of the concessions model in Spain, highlighting how the legal modifications of 2015 that transferred the principle of "risk and chance" to concessionaires, impacted the provision of infrastructure.
